An SDVOSB, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is a designation in the United States for businesses that are owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans. To qualify as an SDVOSB, a business must meet the following criteria:
1. Ownership: At least 51% of the business must be owned by one or more service-disabled veterans.
2. Control: The management and daily operations of the business must be controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans.
3. Service-Disabled Veteran: The veteran must have a service-connected disability, as determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Department of Defense.
