• Comment: I'm IT and used Easier Communications to suggest, configure, and implement a voice system for my customer. They listened to current setup and target needs, found a system that would satisfy the customer needs, and did not try to push unneeded equipment or services. The system was configured before installation to provide plug and play experience. Once installed, configuration changes were made at the customer's request to provide the desired experience.
