- Comment: We're a small business that requires managed services and had experienced ongoing customer service issues with our previous (national) provider. We decided to see if we could do better with a local company and contacted Easier Communications. Omar has been a joy to work with. Not only has the customer service been excellent, but the quality of the phone service has also been better. Highly recommend.
